Who is responsible
Role Time is developed by César Augusto Sánchez Acevedo. For privacy questions or requests, contact ptr.cesarsanchez@gmail.com. This policy covers the Role Time app, this website, and information you choose to send to support.
Information you enter in the app
You may enter church and ministry names, people’s names, telephone numbers, email addresses, team memberships, roles, meetings, recurring schedules, assignments, guest names, notes, and message content. Role Time uses those records to organize and display your planning, generate schedules, prepare messages, and provide the features you request. These planning records are stored locally on your device. Role Time does not require an app account or operate a server that receives or synchronizes your church planning records.
Information about other people
Church participation and ministry records may reveal religious affiliation and other personal information. Enter only information you are authorized to use, limit sensitive notes, and check recipients before sharing. A person does not become a Role Time account holder merely because you add their name to your directory or schedule.
Permissions and local reminders
Notifications are optional. If you enable a personal reminder, the app uses your device’s notification system to remind you. Notification permission can be changed in system Settings. These local reminders are for you; creating a reminder does not notify the participants in your schedule. Core planning does not require notification permission.
Apple Shortcuts and Messages
The optional iPhone messaging workflow prepares recipient telephone numbers and personalized message text and passes them to the shortcut you select. The shortcut uses the device’s Messages service with the permissions you grant. Sending begins only when you initiate the workflow; saving an assignment does not send a notice. Message delivery may use Apple’s messaging services, your mobile carrier, and the recipient’s provider. Those services process messages under their own terms and privacy policies. Role Time does not operate an external bulk-SMS gateway. The published shortcut template is separate from your personal message batch; do not publish or share a batch containing private recipient data. Review the recipients and content before sending.
Retention, deletion, and your control
Local planning records remain until you remove them, reset the app’s data, or delete the app and its local data. Offloading an app may preserve its data. Exported files, sent messages, recipient copies, and device backups must be managed or deleted separately. The developer cannot access, retrieve, or remotely delete records stored only on your device. There is no app account to delete. You can edit your records and export a backup through the app.
Advertising and analytics
Role Time has no advertising, added analytics service, or cross-app advertising tracking. We do not sell your planning records. This website includes no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, newsletter forms, or contact forms. Its language links open separate pages without tracking cookies. We do not add tracking cookies to the website. Hosting security features may process technical information or use security-related cookies when needed.
Support correspondence
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond, troubleshoot the issue, and maintain necessary support records. Email is handled through Gmail. Correspondence is retained only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Contact ptr.cesarsanchez@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us; retention may be necessary for applicable obligations. Avoid sending church directories, confidential notes, or full backups unless you choose to do so after discussing the issue.
Website hosting and external services
This website is designed for hosting on Cloudflare. The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time to deliver and protect the site. We have not added website analytics or advertising integrations. Opening the App Store, an email link, or another external link uses that service and its own privacy practices. Apple and other operating-system or software-delivery services may process distribution, diagnostic, or device-backup information according to your settings and their policies.
Children’s information
Role Time is a planning tool for ministry leaders and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through this website. Users who manage information about minors should have appropriate authorization and take particular care before including or sharing it.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and its date. Questions about your records or this policy can be sent to ptr.cesarsanchez@gmail.com.
