THE DETAILS, TAKEN CARE OF
Make the plan your own.
Your ministry has its own people, rhythm, and responsibilities. Keep the structure that works for you.
People and teams, together.
Build a ministry around its people. Create teams, keep members connected, and choose the team that will serve.
One saved person can take part in different ministries or roles.
A regular service. A fresh lineup.
Set up the meetings that happen every week. Keep the series going, while assigning different speakers and participants to each occurrence.
A meeting’s end time and the end of its recurring series are separate choices.
Choose who serves. And when.
Assign a person or a team to a service or a coverage period. Change the assignment when plans change. Add a guest without creating a permanent directory entry.
The calendar and ministry tools use the same coverage workflow.
A view that feels right.
Choose a light or dark appearance, adjust text size, and use Role Time in English or Spanish. Your PDF exports keep their white background.

FAQ
A few things
worth knowing.
Is Role Time for a whole church or one ministry?
It is a personal planning tool for pastors and ministry leaders. Organize several churches or focus on the ministry you lead. It does not require every participant to install the app or create an account.
Do repeating services repeat the speaker too?
The service schedule and its participants are separate. Create a recurring service, then assign speakers and other participants to the individual dates. Use coverage when a responsibility needs to span a period.
Can I add a visiting speaker?
Yes. Enter a guest’s name for the assignment without adding that person to your permanent people directory.
Does everyone share a live calendar?
Role Time currently stores planning locally. A shared PDF or a message is a copy of the plan, not a live collaborative calendar. If the plan changes, share the updated information.
How do personalized messages work?
On iPhone, the optional Apple Shortcuts integration uses the device’s Messages service. Install and authorize the shortcut through the in-app instructions, review the recipients and messages, then initiate sending. iOS permissions and your messaging plan apply. Saving an assignment does not send a message.
How do I move my schedule to another device?
Export a backup from Settings and save it somewhere you trust. Import that backup on the other device. There is no automatic synchronization between your iPhone and iPad. Keep backup files private because they contain your records.
